You can browse and search BridgeAbility Navigator without an account. My Journey is optional. If you create an adult account, we save the resources you choose and neutral progress labels so you can return later.

BridgeAbility does not sell My Journey information or use it for targeted advertising. Please do not enter diagnoses, medical records, school records, benefit numbers, provider notes, or other private information.

• Account information: email address, account identifier, authentication information, and security or technical logs needed to provide and protect sign-in.
• My Journey: the resource identifier and name, your neutral progress label, and save/update dates.
• Temporary path selections: journey-stage, diagnosis-topic, and concern selections are kept in your browser session to organize results. They are not intentionally added to your account.
• Technical information: the hosting platform may generate IP-address, device, authentication, security, and usage logs needed to operate and protect the service. BridgeAbility’s custom topic-, region-, referral-, and page-level analytics are disabled.
• Optional feedback and newsletter information: feedback responses and newsletter email signup are separate from My Journey.

• Provide sign-in, saved resources, progress labels, downloads, and account controls.
• Protect the service, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot problems.
• Use limited technical information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
• Respond to feedback and send newsletters only when separately requested.

BridgeAbility Navigator is built and hosted using Base44. Base44 processes account, application, log, device, IP-address, and usage information to provide and secure the platform. External websites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices; BridgeAbility does not control them.

• Use the public resource finder without creating an account.
• Download My Journey information as a readable PDF or spreadsheet file from My Journey.
• Delete individual saved resources or clear all saved My Journey resources and progress labels while keeping the login available.
• Sign out to end the current Base44 login session on the device.
• Clear browser session data by closing the session or clearing site data in your browser.

Accounts are intended for adults age 18 or older. An adult may organize public resource information for themselves or a family member, but should not place the family member’s diagnosis, records, identification numbers, or other private information in My Journey.

BridgeAbility helps people find and organize resource information. We do not diagnose, determine eligibility, endorse providers, or replace medical, legal, educational, or benefits advice.

Use the Feedback page to report a privacy concern, request help with the Base44 login account, or report a problem with account controls. Do not include diagnoses, records, identification numbers, or other private information in the message.
